7-Day Immersion May 2024 in Warsaw, Poland
Accommodation & Meals
The immersion spans over 8 calendar days and 7 nights. Accommodation and meals are included for the duration of the immersion. It is advisable to stay an extra night at the venue to integrate immersion experiences. Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served throughout the immersion. This will include from dinner on Tuesday 7th evening to lunch on Tuesday 14th.
Accommodation will be in purpose built wooden cottages for up to 4 or 5 people. This will be mainly in single sex shared twin rooms, or in single rooms (only 8 available).
In each cottage downstairs there is a kitchenette and a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two bedrooms. In the 5-person cottages, there is an additional single room downstairs. The cottages also have terraces.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in into the event is between 3:00-4.30 pm on May 7th for a 5:00 pm start to the program.
5:00 pm: Opening and orientation of the immersion program
6:30-7:30 pm: Dinner
8:00 pm: Opening darshan with Igor Vamadeva in the meditation hall.

Transport to the Venue
The nearest airport is Warsaw (also called Warsaw Chopin Airport, WAW). From there the venue is 70km outside of Warsaw, which can be reached in 1 hour by car or train to Urle station.
Price & Payment
The program fee covers the event, your accommodation and meals. The program fee is €1625 for a single room option and €1525 for a double room option. Paying in two instalments (this month and next month) is a possibility.

Guidelines for Newcomers
- If you are attending an immersion with Igor for the first time, booking a proper introductory facilitator session ‘Living from the Heart‘ with one of the Flowing Wakefulness facilitators is required. As we work by the highest standards, we want to make sure you are prepared for the energetic processes of the immersion and acquire a basic familiarity with the teaching.
- Everyone who has not yet been initiated to the Tantric visualisation and imagination meditations during an immersion, must take the meditation course “SEEING THROUGH THE HEART: The Vision of Poets & Sages” before attending the immersion. This is to make sure that everyone has a grasp of the meditation methodology used in the program, and that course is a great education in and of itself. Covid Policy
In case you are experiencing covid/cold/flu symptoms or feeling unwell we advise you to stay at home. A full credit of the booking fee will be given, with a choice to apply this credit to an offering of your choice, be it an online course or a live immersion.
Upon arrival, we will ask everyone to do a simple Covid self-test before entering the space.
