Event Participation Agreement

By participating in an event with Igor Kufayev, you agree to the following statement:

Igor Kufayev is not a medical doctor or mental health practitioner, and his teaching and/or participation in this event is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice and/or treatment. In case I am currently in psychological, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment and/or taking any psychiatric medications, I agree to immediately disclose this to Igor Kufayev by writing to admin@igorkufayev.org. All communications are held confidential. Failure to disclose this information to Igor Kufayev before the beginning of the event may result in being asked to leave the event without a refund.

I accept full responsibility for myself and my actions within and outside of this retreat program, and I hold harmless and release from any liability, Igor Kufayev, Vibrant Self Academy, and its team members and volunteers.

If by chance I am not feeling well when I arrive at the venue or anytime during the program, I will let the team members know. Based on an evaluation of the situation and the symptoms the event coordinator will decide on the best course of action. This may include taking extra rest, before joining the program, or staying in my room until the symptoms have disappeared, or taking a test to have more information to go on.
If I do have respiratory symptoms and I’m sharing a room, it may be necessary that I move to a single room for the health and well-being of my roommates. Depending on the venue, this move may incur additional expense which I will be responsible for.

All events with Igor Kufayev are recorded. I grant rights to Igor Kufayev, Vibrant Self Academy and its assignees to take, store and use my image, name, voice and likeness for written, audio and/or visual presentations on behalf of the organization without remuneration. If I wish to withhold or withdraw this grant of rights before they have been used and published by Vibrant Self Academy, I may do so by writing to the organization at admin@igorkufayev.org.
Vibrant Self Academy may also take and store my contact details on its database in case it needs to contact me.

In the unlikely event of a dispute or disagreement, or if Igor Kufayev, as the leader of this event, deems it unsafe for me to participate, Igor Kufayev reserves the right to refund my payment (except for the non-refundable deposit and the cost of room and board for the duration of my stay), and ask me to leave that particular immersion.
This standing agreement could be revoked later on, by sending a notice in writing to admin@igorkufayev.org. I understand that withdrawing from this agreement is not retroactive and will remain applicable with regard to all actions and situations prior to withdrawing from this agreement.
